WHAT IS NON - HYDROPHANE OPAL

Important Note : This material is non hydrophane opal ( crystal type opal ) . Its opal gamble , it may or may not be gem grade material , so we rather call it Display Specimen. Its easy to crack when the weather is very dry , keep it wet always . Photo and video showed in wet condition , we will ship in wet condition with normal water , please do not complain about crack after purchase as we already mention the material

...HOW TO CARE...

When out of the display jar, the opal appears to be transparent/yellowish with very little color showing. Once added to the water filled display jar with the black base and put under a direct lamp or sunlight, the opal shows its amazing & almost magical colors! but it also looks amazing under direct sunlight. *This particular opal does need to be stored moist to keep it from crazing, so we recommend a clear jar or dome filled with water (included). They make amazing display specimens, but are not suitable for jewelry. It looks stunning in direct sunlight and in direct view of lamp/overhead lighting.
