his is AA grade opal that is hand selected to ensure that every piece has flash. We do not import any second grade opal without flash due to new export laws in Ethiopia that make it cost prohibitive to export anything of lower quality. We only buy opal with play of color.
This stock photo listing is for larger sized opals with play of color. These are our most cost effective offering for people who make their own jewelry. These larger stones offer a larger surface area that shows off the fire. Many of our customers buy these for wire wrapping and other jewelry projects. These are not suitable for cutting but are used regularly in raw opal jewelry fabrication.
We will select the opals you will receive. If you would like specific pieces, please search our shop where we have a large selection of individually photographed opals.
Gems and crystals are great for altars, grids, terrariums, pocket stones, gifts, home decorating, collecting and more! They are also wonderful additions to meditation, reiki, and chakra work. Healing crystals are not a replacement for traditional medical treatment.
